This calc’s been accepted and paved the way for us to calc The Destined One dodging Captain Lotus Vision’s beam.

Ok, I've finished the game. I beat the brakes off that stone monkey 😭 . I tried spellbinder at first, but he was doing too much cheese. I accidentally used a spell that did way more damage than a few mins of my effort, so I switched and stomped him that next round. Yellow Loong's form, once you master it, is GOATED.
This happens via the moon moving? That's all I calculated was the energy to move the moon for that specifc bit
I'm confused with the speed part. He moved the moon about one-quarter cycle, which takes 7 days, in seconds. What are you solving for with that little bit the moon moved?

How?

Exactly what I said, the energy to move the moon for that specifc bit of movement, ya don't need to do the full distance to get the energy and LS of its movement. Its the same feat so I'm still not sure what's confusing about it

What? How does this even remotely help our case?

The description of this weapon it says: 好风!真个利害:乾坤险不乍崩开,万里江山都是额! (Good wind! What a danger: if the world suddenly collapses, thousands of miles of mountains and rivers will be ruined!)It is possible to interpret "乾坤" (qián kūn) as "universe" instead of "world"
Considering that the other part of the sentence is talking about thousands of kilometers, mountains and rivers, I highly doubt that in the context it is the universe.

The phrase comes from the original book by Sun Wukong, perhaps it will help us to give it context

Do you think we could give him infinite stamina for having spent 500 years under the rock that Buddha sealed? because the game takes place after the novel

If you fought the giant shigandang, it says, "In Mount Huaguo, after the birth of the Sage Stone Monkey, the remaining celestial stone continued to absorb the essence of the sun and moon for a thousand years" and it turned into the giant. Which would be High 5-A. It states the stone originally possessed boundless divine power. Erlang also stated that nobody could kill Wukong except for Wukong, including Buddhas, Jade Emperor, etc.

Further down it states that the celestial stone was nurtured by the universe, which isn't solid enough since stars are in the universe and therefore satisfy the claim, but it's a start.

Ask the CGM who accepted that calc.
Idk how either of these posts relate to know what to ask.

Where is that boundless divine power mentioned?

Nah it's like impossible to do so

Even at its closest where the beam starts from is still about 2~3m above the player even if you're right there so by default you aren't getting FTL since the destined one's movements would max at around 1m tops in the time of the dodge due to how fast the beam travels

The mfer is literally just too tall so it has to go down regardless

Here's a better look

Nah I didn't clip my gameplay I was out for blood here😭

Pretty sure lotus falls into the same problem woth wise-voice so doing the calcs wouldn't work, The reason why the elden ring one works is specifically because for one the movement of Radahn is stated directly ro be the speed of light and secondly because the tarnished is able to react to it parrying him out of the attack the tarnished is very explicitly able to move in tandem with Radahn in combat. Meanwhile in black myth you just get statued from across the entire boss arena by these beams if you aren't properly aim dodging

idk wukong defeated him in lore
Defeating the guy and reacting to one specifc attack are two different things, he literally gets statued by the attack so the same principle as the radahn calc objectively cannot work here

“All the time” and “case by case” make this statement an “oxymoron”.
Not really, Vs battles frequently takes gameplay feats for profiles more often than they disregard them. But there are cases where they disregard them as mechanics.
hence "All the time." being nuanced by "case by case."

Though I should have said, "It can be case by case." Since there are times things are disregarded as game mechanics.

We should find out more about Buddha, because Wukong was able to achieve Buddhahood
You might have to read the actual book lol

Much background information is in the books or based on mythology. There are no character files for the four heavenly kings, and one can interpret their abilities to crazy extents. For example, two of the kings controlling all rain and wind, respectively, can make someone interpret it as they can manipulate the entire planet's worth of air and atmospheric water. Who knows if that's the case?

Also, Erlang casually creates storms, which, considering he's hundreds of feet tall in this form, makes the horizon quite far.
Hundreds of feet if not obvious from them dwarfing small mountains, this is an excerpt about the four heavenly kings from Wikipedia:
According to Vasubandhu, devas born in the Cāturmahārājika heaven are 1/4 of a krośa in height (about 750 feet tall). They have a five-hundred-year lifespan, of which each day is equivalent to 50 years in our world; thus their total lifespan amounts to about nine million years (other sources say 90,000 years).
In JTTW, this form is supposed to be 100,000 ft+, so idk. But we see them next to Erlang's temple, so.

I've already got the calcs posted here for heights
