MONKEY

I sadly won’t be able to play the game on release, but I’ll keep an eye open and help out with calcs and things if need be.

Hopefully a lot of the original Journey to the West can be applied to the new story, considering the fact that it’s heavily implied that EVERYTHING that happened in the story happened in the game (except for the end, where it seems that Wukong achieved Buddahood, but turned it down for a like with his monkeys). I guess you could argue that’s sufficient enough evidence to say the book doesn’t apply, but also that’s kinda dumb with how much else is ripped from the story.

I don't think we'd allow the book scaling here regardless

Normally I wouldn’t either, but it’s so literally implied through almost every piece of content that I honestly feel it’s a sufficient idea to consider. I guess it’s a question that has to be answered once we get a full picture of the story.

It'd be funny if there's a Easter Egg where you could read the entirety of "Journey to the West" (with the last part being removed not to contradict the story) Story in game or it's in one of the entire's as a bonus for 100 percent completion

That’s be pretty funny actually. In all seriousness though, I think it might actually be likely if we found direct quotes from the the story in game. If that ends up being the case, I definitely see a better argument for using it in scaling.

130gb, I would have to uninstall Elden Ring and something else.

My notebook is as follows:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
RAM: 16215 MB

Do you think it can run even if it stalls? Is it well optimized for those who played?

I think it should run 1080p on low and if you play around it runs at about 30fps

There was once a magic stone on the top of this mountain which was thirty−six feet five inches high and twenty−four feet round. It was thirty−six feet five inches high to correspond with the 365 degrees of the heavens, and twenty−four feet round to match the twenty−four divisions of the solar calendar. On top of it were nine apertures and eight holes, for the Nine Palaces and the Eight Trigrams. There were no trees around it to give shade, but magic fungus and orchids clung to its sides. Ever since Creation began it had been receiving the truth of Heaven, the beauty of Earth, the essence of the Sun and the splendour of the Moon; and as it had been influenced by them for so long it had miraculous powers. It developed a magic womb, which burst open one day to produce a stone egg about the size of a ball.

When the wind blew on this egg it turned into a stone monkey, complete with the five senses and four limbs. When the stone monkey had learned to crawl and walk, he bowed to each of the four quarters. Chapter 1

It's been fantastic so far! I've gotten up to the part where you fight the Black Wind King bear. The spectacle is top-notch, the gameplay is taking a little bit of time to adjust to (heavy attacks are a bit clumsy with switching to the stance before launching them, or is that just me?) but is great when everything clicks, and there are a ton of options to keep combat from getting quite to Souls-levels of pain. If anything, this game is like a much more accessible Nioh 2, and I don't mean that as a critique against either Black Myth: Wukong or Nioh 2. I can recommend it.

😅

My storage is gonna get hurt them most I feel like 🙉... I need to remove many stuff 😶

"You insolent demon," retorted Sun Wukong, "how blind you are. You may think I'm small, but I can grow easily enough. You may think I'm unarmed, but I could pull the moon down from the sky with my two hands. Don't worry, old Sun Wukong will sock you one." Sun Wukong gave a jump and leapt into the air, taking a swing at his face. Chapter 2
