Black Noir from the The Boys. Amazon Series fights Stormfront from the same series.

Both are 9-A, they fight in an abandoned Warehouse and both of them are at peak condition and In Character

Scenario 1: both start 5 meters away from each other (main focus of the match).

Scenario 2: both start 50 meters away from each other.

Round one will likely go to Noir due to him likely being able to close the distance and distract her with his smoke bombs, like he did to Homelander in their fight. Once he gets close, he should be strong enough and more then skilled enough to put Hitler's Nazi Star down for good.

Round two would go to Stormfront, due to her ranged powers. Noir's just too far away, and lets not forget that she can always fly. This wouldn't be an issue in the first round, due to her commonly opening with an electric blast. Noir counters with smoke, gets close, and splatters her. Here, she has more time to react to the smoke, and will fly to avoid it because Noir will be further away, meaning he couldn't jump her in time.

So, Voting Noir for Round 1.
