Except that BIll was never unrestricted in the actual show, afaik. The 2-A matchups are technically the ones that exist solely for argument's sake.

Again I'm not AT ALL suggesting they don't count. I'm merely saying that if a 2A Bill came up against a Low 2C with no restrictions, he would win. I'm not starting an argument or suggesting it doesn't count

It's not even like we specifically restricted Bill by equalizing speed or disallowing an ability. That's just his natural state.

I'm not suggesting we don't do it to other characters. We do it to many characters. I'm not starting an argument. All I'm saying is half of his losses would be victories if we did stuff differently and allowed his peak against Low 2C's. We do it with other characters as well I was just saying.
