Destroying a 2-dimensional timeline does not mean you can destroy a 3-dimensional timeline. The same way that destroying a 3-dimensional timeline does not mean you can destroy a 10-dimensional timeline.

Each dimension up requires uncountably infinitely more energy.

Maybe, but we can't really assume that.

Regardless, Bill's got a key for 4D destruction anyway, we don't need to use something with as many assumptions as destroying a 2d realm as justification.
