Bill Cipher vs Alien X

1) Bill's Reality Warping doesn't seem to be that much superior to Ben's.

2) Bill's "Concept Manipulation" just comes from some random jibberish said. He never used it on screen, let alone in a fight.
 
Even then, Ben has little hax here, and even if he does have some power, he isn't bypassing that Low-Godly anytime soon, while Bill can bypass his regen.
 
I legit wonder why people focus on Bill's conceptual manipulation when it's like the worst hax that he gained after the revisions
 
BFR, Death Manipulation, Quantum Manipulation, Ressurection, Low-Godly Regenerationn, Law Manipulation, Non-Corperal.

Yikes, people could just say he does any of that.
 
Isn't his resurrection not combat applicable?

Bill is non.corporeal only in his 2D form, not in his Low 2-C version (when he has a 3D body).
 
Yeah it isn't combat applicable, considering how everyone thought he was dead for the longest time.
 
Can Alien X be succeptible to mind hax? Because Bill can also do the same. Would Madness Manip also screw with him?
 
No it's the ability to bend reality to your whims, not grant yourself new powers. Given the right circumstances, certain RWers could do this, but Idt X is one of them.
 
Reality Warping (sometimes called Reality Alteration or Reality Manipulation) is a term used to describe the ability to manipulate reality itself.

The ability to change reality into how the person in question sees fit, while ignoring the rules of science. Users can alter any item already considered real. Any decision made in the past, any item ever created, any movement, choice, color, atom, or molecule that exists can be changed. All of existence bends to the imagination of a reality warper. Users can rewrite the laws of physics and then change them back in an instant, universes can bend to the will of a reality warper. Examples include erasing things out of existence, granting wishes, creating universes, creating/altering matter, time manipulation, spatial manipulation, etc.
 
Not to derail but that definition of reality warping could easily be interpreted to mean that every reality warper has absolute control over anything within their range that lacks resistance and that's very obviously wrong given that even characters whose only relevant feats are basic elemental magic or portal creation are considered to be reality warpers.
