This is the 1970s Hulk of course. The fight takes place near Cluckin' Bell. Hulk is bloodlusted while Big Smoke is Two-number-9s-lusted. Big Smoke has body armor, but no guns - just a baseball bat

How does Hulk have higher AP? He is only better physically, Smoke's weapons scale to higher feats, plus his range and intelligence.
