It's pretty well-known that Mr.Fantastic's 616 profile is kind of pathetic, but that's mostly because he's been in a shitton of comics and nobody, here or in other places, has put together a definitive database of his feats (even when they stopped publishing comics for like 5 years :v). This isn't a comprehensive CRT but it's a start. Content from these runs is either taken from Jonathan Hickman's Fantastic Four (J.H.), Mark Waid's Fantastic Four (M.W.) or Dan Slott's (D.S.).

Time Manipulation:
Dimensional Storage: Created a room the size of the Baxter Building from inside a small apartment in Yancy Street (D.S).
Energy manipulation: Had a gun that would shutdown "every form of energy aside from gravity", though it did not work on Doctor Doom's magic (M.W).
Size Manipulation: Has an enlarging gun and a shrink ray (M.W).
Healing & Pain Manipulation: With this plasticast that fully healed Johnny Storm's severely burnt leg quickly. The burn in question was inflicted by hellfire so it works on magical attacks (M.W).
Dimensional Travel & Portal Creation:
Invisibility: With an unknown device displayed here (M.W).
Most of these are fairly obvious changes without any ambiguity so this shouldn't be too hard.

- Created an infinite time prison made up of the memories of those imprisoned inside it (M.W).
- Has his own time travel machine, one that can affect the past (M.W).
- Created a machine that compared universes with similar but different timelines to his own. I'm not sure if this is actually time manipulation but he says that it compares his 'thens' and his 'nows' and the actual machine himself shows him different timelines, but they're referred to as separate realities also? If this is a different power then correct me. (J.H)
