Now that the tiering is out of the way, we can focus on scaling and abilities. The first of which will be Decade. Now while going over Decade's stats, I realized that I would have to go through a bunch of other profiles and revise them too to continue. So this will be sort of a sum total revision.
Decade
The main guy himself. I have made a draft of his changes here.
The big thing is how we split his keys. After rewatching the show, I saw that there was a shift in Decade's power between the beginning of the series and at the end. We can see how he struggles to fight Fangires on episode 5, but one-shots them on the second last episode. This is because he doesn't get all the powers of the Heisei Riders until he crossed the 9 A.R. Worlds. As such I have decided to split his keys up by arcs.
The 9 Rider Worlds Arc | Pre-Dai-Shocker's Debut Arc | Post-Dai-Shocker's Debut Arc | Movie War 2010 | Post-Gaim Gaiden
The 9 Rider Worlds Arc is basically him before he reached full power. The Pre-Dai-Shocker Debut Arc is after he gets all the 9 Heisei Rider cards. Post-Dai-Shocker's Debut Arc is where he scales to the OG Showa Riders in the Dai-Shocker movie. Movie War 2010 is where he stomped all the A.R. Riders, and Post-Gaim Gaiden is when he went to talk to Ryugen in Saver's world.
All the changes should have scans or references so I won't elaborate too much. If there are any doubts with the profile, please voice them so that I may answer your inquries. What I really want to get into, are the changes for other profiles that I need to make in order to fix Decade's profile.
Den-O
His AP is wack. Not only does it not have a calc, but the supposed feat itself is never shown on-screen and the statements are vague on the details of such a storm. Plus, the lowest end possible to apply a storm feat is Low 7-B, so the end applied is wrong too.
My proposal would be to revert him back to his previous calc, with Low 7-B as possibly, since the statements for storms do exist and are already present on his profile. Now, Den-O is a singularity point, and there can only exist one of him in the multiverse. Therefore the Den-O that appeared in Decade has to be the original Den-O/Taros. This lines up as the Den-O episodes in Decade lead up to the Den-O trilogy movies. Now I know the Den-O in Decade isn't Ryutaro, and that's because Den-O's power comes from the Taros themselves. I will fix that in a later CRT. For now, all that needs to be done is to fix the AP, so I can have Decade scale to them.
Diend and A.R. Kabuto
This section will mostly tackle speed. Now Diend has a speed amp that he uses a lot, and in episode 17 of Decade, he uses it to try to keep up with A.R. Kabuto, who is stuck in Clock Up (a sped amp). Considering all Riders have the same base specs regardless of originating from other worlds, we can safely assign Clock Up's speed as baseline FTL - scaling from OG Kabuto. As Decade uses Axel Form Faiz to match Clock Up, we can safely say that base speed without amps for all these characters is 1000x slower than baseline FTL. That brings it to Massively Hypersonic+.
The proposed changes are as follows:
Diend gets Massively Hypersonic+ in base, FTL with his speed amp. He will also get keys that match Decade and scale to him since the two fight almost every time they see each other. I will also add the Rider Power tabs to his profile like Decade since he can summon all past Riders into combat.
EverybodyLoves Decade
In the movie Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker, Decade fights all past Riders, even Showa ones. They then all gather in a final big fight and fight together. As such, we have a scenario where everyone scales to everyone. Now, we know for a fact that all these Riders are the original Riders, and not A.R. versions because Agito's original actor appears at the end instead of his A.R. actor. What's more damning, is that A.R. Riderman appears in the movie too, but he's not the same Riderman that appears in the final fight, lending more credence that the Riders in the beginning tournament and at the end are all the OG Riders. As such, everyone should scale to all the Showa Riders, who at this point are all Low 2-C. This includes all the Heisei Riders and everyone who fought in the final battle (except W, cause his appearance is outlier to his entire series). This means everyone gets a "Post-Dai-Shocker" key that scales to Low 2-C.
Zi-O and Build
As per the previous thread, all Zi-O and Build Riders that appeared in Heisei Generations FOREVER (Zi-O, Geiz, Build, and Cross-Z) should get their Real World keys changed to 1-A. Now Grease and Rogue should get their Real World keys removed as the versions of them that appeared in the movie were wished for by Ataru and are not the main timeline versions.
In addition, I want to add two new pages onto the site. Kamen Rider Physiology and Ridewatch. These were much needed pages that explain the nature of Kamen Rider immortality and help with explaining the more meta elements in future revisions.
The New Cosmology
I had it redone after Ultima shot down some of the 1-A elements from the previous iteration. So now I will have to reintroduce it to everyone.
Heisei Generations Final & Gaim
Ok so currently, OOO, Fourze, Ghost, and Gaim scale to the feat where they help destroy the Enigma Machine, which was going to pull two universes together and destroy them. Problem is, they shouldn't scale. All they did was destroy the minions holding the real Enigma Machine in place, and even then the thing just flies off and continues to pull the two universes together. They literally accomplished nothing. As such, their 2-C ratings should be changed to their next best feat, Ghost scaling to Ichigo, which is already on his page.
Now Gaim is a special case, because by this time, he is already a full fledged God, and should scale to Saver's feats. However, he has been shown to possess people and like Saver, should be able to use avatars to interact with the world. As such I'm revamping his and Saver's pages. As with Decade, you can ask me any questions about the ratings and I will answer them in the thread, but as far as what changes I made goes, it's all pretty self explanatory in the scans and references on the sandboxes.
