At face value it would be Irrelevant. But statements like that don't earn ratings, at most they support feats with the right context.

Probably Immeasurable. Umineko chars have something similar (tho with the concept of distance) and it's Immeasurable.

Not in this forum. Was answering generally. Besides, end result is the same. Forum here changed the semantics to include this kind of feat in the same rating to spare revision space and have less branching, I'd imagine. But it's not that Irrelevant speed feats don't exist anymore, VSB simply opted to have them under the same umbrella of everything above Infinite is to be rated as different levels of Immeasurable.
