Horse-face Bill is Dwarf Star Level with physical attacks, Star Level with magical attacks, has supersonic speed and MFTL+ flight speed.
Solar System Level at peak.
Bad Solguy is Large Star Level with physical and has MFTL+ combat speeds.
Solar System Level with limiters off.
This is a bad matchup, given Marvel's tendency to give high-tiers crappy speed. Also, base forms have a large power difference.
