Meta knight is small, has similar, maybe superior intelligence ands skill, better LS, Friend hearts to which BRB has no resistance and also possesses attack reflection. I feel as though this may be a stomp, the dude only has AP going for him and he ain't landing a hit on a constantly teleporting 20cm ball that attacks with instant empathic manipulation projectiles

Doesn't Beta Ray Bill upscale to Baseline 3-C? Because Meta-Knight scales to Void Termina who is 100x that (1.066 yottafoe) due to his dying explosion.

So asides from all the reasons listed by @Arceus0x, Meta Knight's AP gap makes it a big stomp in his favor.
