I think he would have pretty wide selection of potential NPs in a junkyard, so maybe. And that's not even considering that his AP with Arondite is probably high enough to take multiple lives at once

The main problem is whether or not someone with madness enhancement would realize that each weapon can only kill him once

No, he need an A rank Noble Phantasm. Grabbing some junk would only result in E at best. Which mean that Heracles just kinda beat his head in.

You don't need an A rank np to kill Herc (Emiya killed him once with a c rank Np) you need A rank strength, but Herc probably kills Lancelot before he figurse out he need to kill him 12 ways or find those 12 ways. Voting Herc

Edit: Actually after double checking you need A rank not NP or Strength, but Lancelot has A rank Strength so he can still deal damage not that it matter much because Herc is most likely going to kill him before he kills herc.

We have no idea how EMIYA managed to kill Herc in the VN, let alone how he killed him all the times he did. Him killing Herc for one life via Kanshou and Byakuya is Anime-only and extremely inaccurate.

Lancelot will at most kill Herc exactly once and then all he can do is sit and hope Herc decides to kill him fast.

Regardless, Lancelot has no chance. At best, he kills once with with his raw strength, another time with Arondight, maybe one more time by powering through the added resistance with his + modifiers, but that's it. He gets bodied after that if he even manages to get that far.
