Angsize the storm in relation to the galaxy/earth. Figure out the distance it needs to travel. Calculate the volume of the storm + earth (bit safer than what you already did), do this minus the volume of earth (maybe count a few kms high into the sky as well since the storm isn't on the surface). Multiply by cloud density to get mass. Do mass times (distance / 1 day (convert to seconds))^2.

scaling does not work like that for the prime timeline at least
any one of the alternate timelines cited there doesn't matter much since they are alternate timelines and as such we don't have to scale them to OS 10 year old ben

Marvel and DC have a lot of verse-specific standards. Pkmn doesn't have Ben 10's context.

Like I said, prime of the species would be defined as some ideal pre-branching, this ideal won't change because of a timeline branch. At the very least not for close-by branches and since we know that Ben getting the Omnitrix is important for the multiverse, its functions and resulting power levels should be the same.
