I don't remember where it was discussed, but it was stated by WOG that the Grassland (the Universe were FSM lives currently) was not united by the Merge (a multiversal event that merged all the Realms). WOG also says that if the Grasslands wasn't located outside the 16 Realms (which is a multiverse btw), it would've been affected by the Merge. Thus he got BDE for existing outside the Realms and also be unaffected by Multiversal events such the Merge one

In Ultimate Alien, Albedo copied all the forms of the aliens when he was stopped by Ben, who thought Albedo wanted to destroy the world. Which means he also copied all the Ultimate Aliens, which is why he freely transformed into Ultimate from because that is the form of Grey Matter. So this means that Gray Matter has Ultimate form.

Nope, Albedo needed the Polymorph Crystal to access his Ultimate Forms, he even said so himself, so from Double Or Nothing up to The Ultimate Heist he didn't have them.

I don't think abstract abilities like BDE fall within being "self-evident" as it's up to the interpretation of the material with the ability requirements.
