I do not consider Energy, Life Force/Mana, and light Non-physical.

Erasing everything includings harming souls, spirits, ghosts.

Do you have examples of Memory having physical contact with Paradox?

What about Dimensional Travel? He can open a portal for Chronal Randomization Barrier and FOC

Well, as far as I remember, there's no pop-up that talks about how intrinsic instincts work. In fact, another example of this is when he shouts the name of a specialist when transforming for the first time, as in the case of Swampfire in Ben 10: Alien Force. Even without having ever used or seen the alien before, he already knows the name and can use its basic abilities. This shows that the recalibrated Omnitrix provides basic information about the alien to Ben instinctively, allowing him to act on reflex and take advantage of the potential of the DNA involved as soon as the transformation happens.
