Below average lifting strength and speed

It should also be mentioned that the atmosphere, planets, stars ect do not have weight so mass should be replaced with something like "weight equivalent of atmosphere's mass"
 
I am not sure how the page should best be updated in an accurate, concise, and easily understood manner, so I would appreciate if somebody could ask DontTalkDT to help us out here.
 
Actually looking back, since in was defined as "A mass an individual can lift on Earth" it was technically correct but seemed a bit weird
