He blitzed a crapload of Speed Force users at once and was confirmed by the Flashes to be even faster than Wally. Bart needed to absorb the whole SF in order to outrace Prime, so his speed, while ridiculous, isn't infinite.Aparajita said:Isn't SBP like... faster than Speedforce itself? Didn't he blitz Wally after Wally absorbed all the Speedforce in DCU?
I thought he absorbed all of the Force to KEEP PACE with Prime.Azathoth the Abyssal Idiot said:He blitzed a crapload of Speed Force users at once and was confirmed by the Flashes to be even faster than Wally. Nah. Bart absorbed all of it to just barely beat Prime back to the main DCU. So he's like...the fastest non-infinite speed character in DC, but not quite infinite.Aparajita said:I thought he absorbed all of the Force to KEEP PACE with Prime.
Speed Force, which affects Zoom, is infinite. So Prime should be infinite unless i'm mistaken.
"Just barely beat Prime back", which is... ALMOST infinite, how close was it?Azathoth the Abyssal Idiot said:Nah. Bart absorbed all of it to just barely beat Prime back to the main DCU. I still think that's a little too much for Prime.Natse said:Which doesn't matter since he can't operate above three dimensions nor does he have truly infinite three dimensional power. Even if he went all out, he's still just Universe level.
Prime does not have the strength to contend with Beerus and Beerus is way to versitile for Prime. Beerus can also make more than one version of himself with about the same strength for each clone.Natse said:The verdict is 4-2 in favor of Prime. Dragon Emperor IV didn't make his decision clear. Anyone else?
Edit:The reason I didn't have speed equalized is because Prime's fighting skills are nowhere near as good as Beerus's and he's more prone to doing stupid things despite his immense power. Still, if you're waaaay faster, skill won't mean much as the body can't react fast enough.
He did it in episode 14.Natse said:Wait, what? When did Beerus demonstrate cloning? He didn't do this in the manga yet and the anime is still in the middle of RoF I think. Also, you can't properly quantify universal power so we're gonna have to assume that all Tier 3-As have the same potency of power.
the Anime is the primary canon, the movies got retconned, and the manga is Secondary canon. I really don't understand why you think he can't replicate what he did against goku..Natse said:That's a one-off thing and hasn't been demonstrated in the movie or anywhere else, not even in his manga battle against Champa. Also, those clones didn't seem to cause Goku to really give up so your statement about them being the same strength doesn't really hold up.
I really don't see how Prime could hurt Beerus.Natse said:Looks like this is in favor of Prime. I'm gonna have this added to their lists.
It more of a universal life wiping chain reaction. Beerus can just destroy one with one blast while holding back.Natse said:Monarch also survived the universal destruction when he reverted back to Captain Atom. As for the plot armor, it ran out after Countdown Arena when he killed and absorbed 52 Captain Atoms.
Yeah, Countdown was a mess.
Before Countdown, If SB can react to 3 flashes ( all shown to be argably faster than beerus ) in a battle at once preventing them from blitzing him, moving shouldnt be an issue. Strength too win? Arguably SB has better strength feats/showings . Also before countdown and ION boost he was able to produce a punch that alters reality . Heres another instance of him altering someone history by punching them.SaberLily015 said:I disagree even if Prime is faster i doubt he can do any real damage to Beerus and is gonna screw up somewere (For example attempting to grapple Beerus and then getting killed for not moving) speed is nice but if your not smart enough to use it properly and don't have the strength to win with it what point is there?
Here Jay admits SB is faster than him. Here Wally admits SB is faster than him. The thing about them admitting it in this case that he is flat out faster than them means it can be considred in a battle and travel sense. Bart needed 100% of all the speed force just to reach DCU before him. SB did actually escape the Speed Force which was a feat deemed impossible. Despite getting tagged he is fully capable of withstanding the attacks even tanks barts punches with 100% of the Speed force. This is all before his ION amp at countdownSSJRyu1 said:I'm gonna say primes speed is overrated actually. Sure he can keep up with flashes, but the flash's quantifiable speed is not near as fast as people think. The best speed feat that can be quantified which I have seen for them while they are not amped, like they are in the human race, is the 13 trillion times ftl feat for Wally. In all honesty Primes at best in that range of speed since the full speed force thing is faster than him, and also it is racing him in travel, and kryptonians accelerate over long distances in travel, so it makes the feat less likely to even be applied to combat. So I wouldn't give him more than the 13 trillion in combat if we use the transitive property for feats and scaling of characters. I mean he even gets tagged all the time by by much slower fighters than the flash's, and he gets blitzed more than he blitz the flashes, especially bart, so I don't see him as nigh infinite speed you guys are making him out to be. Maybe in travel over time, but not combat.
Was that attack stated to be universal level it didnt seem to be very impressive considering. In the video they dont mention the DCSaberLily015 said:There is also a pretty huge difference between their feats.
A bloodlusted Prime caused damage to Monarchs armor and the energy leaking caused the Universe to explode which he just happened to survive Monarch is also to my knowledge not MFTL+ and was tagging Prime implying even when bloodlusted he doesn't tend to just blitz people.
Beerus took that amount of energy and reduced it to nothing without going all out (remember he was lying about going 100%) hell even Goku negated a stronger universe destroying attack in base form (Well Saiyan Beyond God form)
