To Beerus' feats, should we add that feat in Dragon Ball Super episode 13 where he contained that high density energy blast which was said by Whis to have enough power to destroy the universe?

It's his energy nullification technique.

He used the same move against Goku's Kamehameha in Episode 14.

Energy nulliification should be useful against anyone who uses energy, as he can just poof it out.
