Introductio
Beerus (ÒâôÒâ½Òé╣) is the god of destruction of Universe 7. He was assigned by the Omni king Lord Zeno to maintain the equilibrium of creation and destruction. With his immense power and assistance of his trainer Whis, he is able to travel vast distances of the universe swiftly to destroy the particular celestial body he wishes to.

Feats (LOW END)
Let's start from Beerus's low end feats which includes planetary destruction with effortless fashion.

1)Beerus taps a planet in half

Note: Beerus states that this time he'll be only destroying the half of the planet which implies he is also capable of performing a full fledged planetary destruction using the same technique.

2)Beerus sneezes a distant planet away

3)Beerus destroys a planet with a small chi attack

Note: The attack was roughly the size of a pebble. Beerus also taked the resultant explosion while holding a conversation.

Note: Beerus and Champa clashing would result in the destruction of Universe 6&7. From the context, the statement is delivered solemnly implying multi-universal destruction due to the side effect of their battle since they're not trying to do it.

1)Beerus and Goku's clash was tearing the universe apart.

Note: Elder kai states that it'd require 3 head on collisions to blow up the Universe. However Goku successfully managed to stop the outcome by mirroring the force & angle Beerus's punch exerted.

Note : Elder kai referring to the world (Sekai/õ©ûþòî) which means the entire Universe. Its a subjective term which is used to address any celestial object.
