I'm guessing this is post-Darkshine Garou? Should be around even-ish in AP cause of Ninjago's calc and Garou's huge scaling chain. He was also able to master a technique that took both Bang and Bomb, two masters who dedicated their long lives to a specific form of martial arts each, to perform and did it by himself. His combat skill is pretty crazy. Also he resist fire manip if Lloyd'll ever go for it.

From what I remember, this is Lloyd who is already a lot stronger and doesn't really have issues with people who can normally get hit by his elemental abilities.
