Alright, I'll go ahead and cast a vote so that all true nasuverse lore sages can come in here, burn me at the stake, and prove to me that my opinions are obviously bullshit.
Most of BB's authority based abilities can get tossed out the window since we already know Goetia has the means to deal with Top tier authority like that which comes from the underworld with Nega Summon. Also, we have already seen that authority of the underworld trumps earth mother authority in Babylon
Her Grail is pretty useless since he has a good few of those himself. Which by the way, why doesn't he have wish granting via his Holy Grails? He should also be noted to be able to summon servants as well, other than just his demon god pillars although it is not applicable in his workshop
They both have an extreme mastery of Imaginary Numbers space, and I am not sure that BB could get rid of the workshop within that space either. She could access it at the very least, so he cannot just type 9 their way to victory. I am trying to figure out how she would destroy the palace tho
The two have a shit ton of counters to eachother's abilities. Fate Manip won't work due to both Nega Summon and the lack of fate of the gods of the trash heap. Neither of their time travel bullshit will help either, since they are both accausal and have counters to everything to do with it that accausality doesn't directly counter. Her sealing won't help since they just go back to the shop. Existence Erasure won't work since Phenex and likely goetia can already ressurect from that unless it is Solomon's style of it. His BFR doesn't help since she is ******* nigh-omnipresent, and her BFR won't work cuz they are still connected to the throne. She can't use her authority to deal with his general magecraft, but I am pretty sure she can reconstruct herself to grant her that anyway. I don't think Possession would work on her, but I guess if it worked on the level of the OG Solomon than it could work on her.
If he can use the incineration plan and she actually gets caught in the blast that might work to deal with her omnipresence, but she could probably stop any of the singularities by ******* speed blitzing everyone involved in them (not goetia's minions, but the actual events) to stop that from happening and just solving them herself. I guess he could potentially get her into the trash heap or something but that but (at least in theory) both of them can see all of time and space so neither will make that kind of mistake. She could potentially try to absorb him, but since it comes from her Noble Phantasm he counters it, and even if it is argued that she can do it via a skill, he can still just remain inside the workshop where he has supremecy over imaginary numbers.
I guess I'll vote for Goetia since he is the only one I could find a win condition he could get consistantly (She has them, but they will get quickly closed off unless she employs them immediately). If possession turns out to not pan out, then I'll probably have to go for inconclusive. For now, I vote Goetia. Let's see how long it takes before I get destroyed for this
Some servants are not recorded in the throne of heroes. Some servants can only be summon because the chaldea recorded the saint graph of the said servant.
