Battler Ushiromiya vs Lucifer Morningstar

I believe that Lucifer's 1-A level does not reach the 1-A+ level of Battler's Passive Power Nullification; Endless Nine, nor the similar level of Battler's Truths; Conceptual attacks that ignore all defences and methods of escape. So unless I'm wrong about Lucifer's power, this is a clearcut stomp.

His passive is just immeasurable for that would be lucifer can blitz him ?
