Licker likely has the advantage here. 939's tactics are more ment to mess with humans, who naturally come to the aid of others, while taking the guise of a human and vocalising for help will just make the Licker more ready to kill it. They also start within eyeshot, making for direct combat until one of them flees to enter stealth, which is a poor position for 939 to be in.

939 is a one-trick pony. It's just intelligent in regards to fooling humans into approaching it. It doesn't really help it fighting a proper stealth-ambush predator.

IDK how that translates to AP but Lickers scale above zombies who can shatter wodden doors.

Maybe, but Lickers are physically stronger than Crimson Heads, who are capable to oneshot normal zombies, which are by themself Wall level in durability (survive be hit by a truck at high speed, withstand being shot multiple times with a pistol in the head or resist small explosions without being incapacitated).

Also with the ability to climb walls it will have an easier time to surround and confuse 939, as well as the fact that pack animals have a harder time killing alone anyways
