2 dangerous genius stealth masters? LET'S GO!

Conditions: Both opponents have a year of preparation & 47 has full prior knowledge on the Joker at the start of the prep time. Anything above 9-A is restricted, speed is equalized. Battle takes place at 47's house as a stealth match with both opponents starting at opposite sides of 47's house.

Isn't the skill & intelligence of both combatants a factor?

47 is pretty much a very skilled assassin from what I've seen & the Joker has superhuman intelligence. That's why I've made this match.

If Joker wasn't vastly above anything 47 could bring into play. Even 8-C explosions won't work cause they're less then 2x Joker's value and 9-A explosions sure as shit don't work cause they're over 30x less then Joker's Durability.

Question, would any of 47's preparation haxes like electricity manipulation work on the Joker? Electricity could negate durability.

I am like, 99% sure the Joker had been electrocuted before and came off fine
