Ra has better range and creates himself. I'm going with Ra.

Ra because I'm pretty sure his hax feats are better. He was able to divide the universe and created "millions and millions" of stars. Not to mention he has a cat transformation known as Mau, in said form he was able to single-handedly defeat Apophis. Ra also made the concept of Ma'at embodied by the similarly named goddess. Honestly at the most I see Amaterasu being able to pull a tie. Otherwise though I vote Ra.
