Also worth noting that, unless In reading the profile wrong, Wnkidu's 5B attack doesn't ignore Durability and isn't Hax like Ea.

Sasuke has only ever displayed competent levels of genjutsu/mind manipulation on targets that were weaker than him. Danzo doesn't count. It's an ability he will rarely resort to in combat, to the point of it being a non-issue.

Controlling their mind to restrain them from their place. If youre just reading their minds rather then giving them a headache and/or restrain them in place that qualifies as one of the weaker types of Mind Manipulation. Since Sasuke uses that to restrain his opponants in place, thats banned.

I'm just saying, there's exactly 0 instances of Sasuke using it against people in his tier to restrain them in place, save once on Killer Bee, but he'd vastly underestimated him at the time and didn't think anything of it. But okay, we'll go with Naruto, then.
