Minya when targetted at the Od would absolutely shatter Aidan to pieces, the only reason it didnt work on Elsa is because she has stupidly good regen and her physical body was the one which got shattered and not her soul. In the same scene Beatrice was surprise attacked by Elsa and was killed, Beatrice also doesnt necessarily need to use minya and could use a lot of other magic which could destroy the soul

again being touchable isnt needed when dealing with magic capable of destroying souls
