I'll preface that I haven't actually played Battle Cats in many years, but I was pretty sure that he does also show some kind of transcendence in addition to the statements of him appearing in the real world. That he's regularly referred to as a God and in a meta context, I mean.

You make a lot of good points, and these are largely the reasons I only approved a Possibly, though I am pretty lax about that kind of thing. If other staff are unconvinced I wouldn't die on that hill or hold up that rejection, or if the majority of supporters thought it was a bad idea.

I was checking the links to the wiki, and found a few mistranslations.

I also got curious and read a bit of the Japanese Descriptions available on the wiki using quick search and came across some information that could be useful for evaluating this.

And I'm pretty sure mistranslations are mostly related to the elemental pixies, aside from that I always take JP scans if they're clearly a mistranslation or a different interpretation of the JP scans anyways. I will first evaluate things from the texts provided by the OP alone. After that I'll write a separate section based on what I found on the wiki reading the English and Japanese description.

Additionay, I separately translated the Japanese Descriptions from the wiki as I found some problems with the EN Translations there. The "official English Description" refers to the English text in the game's official English version, however.

I think based on that, and the Universe containing 4-Dimensional Objects, it is fine to assume it is 5-Dimensional and Low 1-C.
I didn't see an explanation of Metafilibuster below where you said, so I'm not sure what makes it spatially 5D.
Based on the English and Japanese descriptions on the Battle Cats wiki, I don't see anything close to 5D.

Consequently, I disagree with a 6D 1-C rating for the Multiverse. This would just be infinite amount of Low 1-C constructs, or infinite 5D.
High Lord Babel's 5D and Low 1-C rating makes sense to me. He could however possibly have a higher rating, I will add that in a later section.
But I disagree with a 6D and 1-C rating for Gaia the Creator for the same reasons I gave for Metafilibuster and the 6D Multiverse.

The Acausality Type 4 makes sense to me.
5-D and Low 1-C for the Zero Field and Sages makes sense as well. However, I will add a few suggestions to this in a later section
The resistances for Zero World Residents also seem fine.

I disagree with 6D for Creator and Finality God for the same reason as with the Multiverse, and we don't treat Superdimensions as tierable without further context here. However, I also have some things to add here in a later section.

Now for the last part, about the Cat God.
I think based on the provided reasoning and after taking into account the problems I mentioned above, 1-C (6-D) for it would be fine
I don't think it's qualifiable for 1-A though. From the scans, apparently he exists and lives in the world. Characters can time travel to before he was born, and so on and so forth. These are all anti-feats for 1-A, so disagree with that rating entirely, even as a possibility.

While a world remains 5-Dimensional, there are a few changes:

Worlds and Dimensions are sometimes used interchangeably, and sometimes Dimensions refer to higher dimensions instead. However, we at least know that the lowest interpretation of "Dimensions" (that being as Worlds) is Low 1-C (5-D).
Based on that, I think High Lord Babel who transcends dimensions should at least be 1-C (6-D).
However, I'm not familiar with the context of this verse greatly, so if he's a character that's at the top, the absolute top, he could be far higher, at worst an additional dimensional superiority over the highest known dimension, or at best perhaps even Low 1-A.

That's the 6-D Time + Space, where Zero World transcends dimensions, which is currently placing it at 5-D. For babel, I'm pretty sure he only "surpassed dimensions" so him being 5-D is plausible. While Babel only reigns over hyperspace, Gaia canonically created "all life" and she's a god at that, so she's obviously superior, the same way you could say Izanagi and Izanami is obviously superior to Babel from blatant statements alone.

Anyways, to summarize the reason why Babel doesn't stack up and similar stuff doesn't stack up: Battle Cats is a super long running game already, Zero World is super recent while characters like Babel or even Gaia are really old already, so unless you have good enough statements, you aren't stacking anywhere, even Gaia only scales to where she is thanks to Babel, I currently does not relate Gaia to the Zero World at the slightest, only Izanagi and Izanami are the 2 cats that get to scale to it (as well as currently Cat God).

"Transcending space and time" really depends on the context and doesn't necessarily give the character a +1D. But I agree with the "False R>F" explanation more.
