Battle as old as time (Batman vs Joker)

Ok, smoke bombs would help batman enter in stelth mode, but joker is a lot smarter, he could counter the stelth with some well plain

O no, batman disapeared!! Well, now I just need to think how to find him... OH!!! I know!! O will enter in light suit so he can't use the darkness to hide and them bomb the entire roof with pies wille evitating ambushe places
 
Taking a quick look at the profiles, Joker has a wider range of abilities, a huge advantage in intelligence and a relative advantage in range.

Batman on the other hand has an advantage in combat and location, plus some experience fighting the Joker and the fact that he always takes him seriously, plus some of his equipment.

The Joker's intelligence can be useful for some strategy, but it won't help so much in a fight against Batman, even more without preparation time. Batman should try to use Gotham (which he knows like the back of his hand) as an advantage to hide and try to subdue Joker somehow, being able to avoid Joker's bombs, and since he has prior knowledge, he can use his bat vision to avoid the fear toxin.

This version of Batman has also fought the Joker before, which would make things even easier for Batman. The advantage in range for Joker would be one thing, however due to the initial distance and Batman's equipment, such an advantage can be completely avoided.

Leaning heavily towards Batman, however I have a question. What does LEGO Batman have that this version of Batman doesn't?
