Ummmm, you serious dude? The Smoke Monster cannot be killed or permanently incapacitated by anything that Batman has access to, as far as we know. Meaning the ONLY way for him to win would be to get CHOSEN by the Island's Guardian to be shown the Heart of the Island, and to then arrange for teh Stone Cork to be removed from the Heart (which he himself cannot do without high resistance to Electromagnetism like Desmond has) so that the Smoke Monster/Man In Black becomes mortal. This seems VERY far-fetched.
So: Smoke Monster would stomp.
