Well, Spongebob has mid-high Regenerationn, which means that Batman can´t truly bypass Spongebob´s durability without allowing Spongebob to come back in a matter of seconds.

Assuming Spongebob lacks the magic book page, Batman can try to use fear gas on Spongebob to gain some prep time.

As Spongebob has experience in karate and is capable of limiting his movement with bubbles, I vote for Spongebob, especially considering I said previously the fact that witthout prep, Batman can´t bypass Spongebob´s durability.
