Batman wins imho because:

• Summoning of the drones, plus the Batmobile and Batwing
• Can simply BFR by opening a portal to another universe
• Dwarf Star level AP vs Solar System level Durability
• Superior genius and combat master
• Immortality via Regenerationn (Low-Mid)
• Durability negation on magic users and heroes

Dex does have chances to win via sealing, time stop, and having a greater durability, but more often than not, Batman takes the victory imho.
