Batman takes the dub.

  • Slight AP advantage
  • Can outrange with batarangs and vehicles
  • Smarter and more tactical
  • Fear toxin

Steppenwolf has a big LS advantage, but Bruce can summon bats to blind him, stick to the shadows, or as stated earlier, attack him from range with batarangs, or vehicles like the batwing.

I'll vote him for now
