Base Manga Android Saga Goku vs Super Saiyan Bardock

I don't know how they scale to each other, but if comparable, I would go with Bardock. Being a soldier conquering planets that sometimes can put up a fight impresses me more than being a martial artist who isn't matched by anyone during the early android saga bar Vegeta and maybe Piccolo. Also, Bardock could still go great ape I think, which trumps kaioken

I'd go with Goku in this one.
He's far more skilled than a ruthless mercenary after facing comparable people and even them being far stronger (like Freeza or Vegeta).
IIRC Goku stated that before adapting the body the SS transformation drains energy over time so Goku could capitalize that.
Also I think Goku holds the stats advantage. I'm not sure about Bardock's scaling.

I'm assuming Bardock is baseline Low 4-C via scaling far above high end High 5-A, so they should be relatively equal in AP. However Goku is more skilled in combat, has teleportation, and due to being far stronger than his Namek saga self he can safely use KK×10 so even if Bardock shows off his giant monkey...

Both have pretty shitty tier justifications, so I really don't know who has the AP advantage. I'll just assume they're equal. Goku just outclasses Bardock in almost every other category though. In terms of abilities, Goku has basically everything Bardock has and more. He knows more moves, and more useful ones at that, he has the Solar Flare to get Bardock off of him, and he can learn and even use moves even after seeing them only once or twice. In theory, Bardock has the Oozaru transformation to give him a leg up on Goku, but here's the thing. Bardock is already a Super Saiyan, he can't transform into an Oozaru. If he did, he would just get weaker and get AP stomped. Meanwhile, Goku still has the Kaioken. And while it's true that Kaioken is draining, Frieza Saga Goku was capable of using Kaioken x10 with only minor strain on his stamina. And he could even go Kaioken x20 with heavy strain on his stamina. It's safe to say he could comfortably use Kaioken x3 or x4 with relative ease, giving him a massive AP advantage with basically no downsides. While I'd say Bardock has much more impressive stamina, Goku is likely a much better fighter. With that being said, Goku takes this very easily.
