Base Adult Naruto and Toneri Upgrade

In the extended version of the Last the Movie, Toneri had a "Soul King Yhwach" eye form, powerful enough to steal enough chakra from the Naruto who one shot him, and move the entire moon and collide it with Earth.

Isn't tha a Moon level+ feat, to Planet level feat?

Dropping the moon would be a Planet level feat by our current AP System, but it depends on how far Toneri moved the moon out of orbit.

In other words, this needs to be calced again.
