Well, Barney only has the reactions, his fighting speed is subsonic, so he should be blitzed by mmost of the cast, but it won´t be easy to bypass the mid-godly.

Umm, lets see. Abstract Existance, Immortality, Regenerationn (Mid-Godly), Resurrection, Conceptual Manipulation and Reality Warping. Also, FTL reactions mean that no-one from the MCU is touching him.

Oh, and the all-powerful snap can't get him either. A kid tried to kill him via imagination, i.e. the same way that Thanos did, by thinking it, and Barney gave the finger to that line of inquiry.
