i would love to answer but honestly im not an expert in OPM enough to know the outcome. they're both insanely OP

I'm voting Bang high-difficulty. He has more varied abilities like Pressure Points which can disable Atomic Samurai, as well as Instinctive Reaction and Attack Reflection to keep up his defense. There is genuinely a reason why Bang is ranked above Atomic Samurai, and his larger set of abilities and imo, greater experience and skill that wins this.

atomic can slash bang faster than he can see but then bang can hit the points faster than he can see. both will somewhat reach a stalemate in my opinion
