Doesn't Guts and/or Griffith pretty much solo? You could make it more even by giving the Watch their fortress and wall, with the Band outside to the North of the wall while the Watch is at Castle Black.

That’s what I did, or meant when I said replace the band of the hawk with the wilding during the castle black invasion
