Tbh, once Pernida reached Kenpachi's level, Mayuri needed hax to stop him. The most you could argue is Nemu being able to kill Pernida at that moment with Gikon Jurinju, but Mayuri himself wasn't putting B2A and throwing hands (pun intended) with Pernida.

I bet Mayuri would have beaten Yhwach if it wasn’t for plot. And don’t bring Hitsugaya fight, that only happened because it was part of Mayuri’s plan.

Szayelaporro is a definite contender, Aizen is more of a typical egotistical "willing to betray and kill others over the course of years to achieve a goal" type, like Blackbeard or Orochiamaru, rather than a "Superhuman Himmler" type, like Caesar Clown or... also Orochimaru.

Except for all the people he experimented on to discover the limits of shinigami and hollow and their combined forms to surpass said limits, which is what resulted in the creation of the vizards less we forget. He's 100% as evil and irredeemable as Mayuri or Szayel.
 
Random question, if every single character had the exact same stats (Strength, Speed, Durability, etc), who would you guys say are the Top 5 or Top 10 most powerful Bleach characters?

This would lead to just who has better hax assuming we are just equalizing physical stats that you mentioned. so imo it would go like this
1.Soul King
2.Yhwach
3.Aizen
4.Gremmy
5.Gerard (Gets stronger overtime so he prolly bypasses the equal stat thing) or Jugram with the Balance i am not sure between these two.

Wouldn't everyone scaling to casual Bankai Squad 0 4-A, be Multi-Solar System level+?

Because its 4.6 ZettaFoe and that is on the higher end of the tier.

Wouldn't that only apply (potentially) for upscaling? Because to get 4-A+, I think you need around 5.265+ ZettaFoe, based on the AP page.
 
Im uncertain,but i don't think upscaling to + is a thing,i know from + to the baseline of the next tier is(iirc Res espada 5 through 2 and Base Staark all currently upscale to baseline High 6-A)

Thing is, practically all characters upscaling that would be Galaxy level, 3-C. Cus Uryu, through Sklave Rai is at least 3x. That's 13.81 ZettaFoe, which is is well... you know

Either they scale to 3-C or 4-A, not 4-A+
I'm not sure if VSbattles would accept an upscale from 4.603 to 5.265 so anyone that upscales not from Uryu would still be 4-A, assuming there is someone that scales like that.

I was asking if the 4.6 ZettaFoe should be 4-A+. Not those upscaling
 
To find out what the “+” of a tier is, take the upper end and the lower end, add them together, and divide by 2. For example, is tier X was 2 power to 11 power, X+ would be (11+2)/2 or 6.5 power.

Yeah, that's why I was saying you'd need about 5.265ish or so ZettaFoe.
The difference, unless I'm severely wrong is (10.53+0.0208)/2 (10.53+0.0000000000208)/2, which is 10.5508/2 basically the same as 10.53/2, which is 5.2754 5.265, so my initial guesstimate was pretty close actually correct.
4.603 Zettafoe is way too small, about 675.1 662.2 TeraExaFoe off.
