I dont get why people get so upset with the Askin thing, the DD is one of the few things that really bypass AP for hax, also Ichigo is still supressing his reiatsu, he is not even the guy to go and kill randomly unless someone really does make him mad by killing his friends.

I mean we see that in their brief little confrontation that Ichigo is only using one of his zanpakuto. He doesn't kill his opponent unless they did some really ****** up shit.

Askin killing Ichigo with AP would be a problem though because that shit would cause even weirder scaling shit to happen.

His Shikai also should have kilometers in range for affecting Lille. His games work by affecting anything within his Spiritual Pressure so if he could affect lille that far away, his SP had to reach that faŕ

It's a lot bigger than the manga's was, from what I remember, and that one still covered the entirety of one of the cities up there.

Anyway, that was a great episode. Despite it being a nearly one-to-one adaptation of the manga fight, they managed to make the pacing feel really good in the anime! I was sad they ended the episode where they did.

But, I'm excited for next time because I get to see Mayuri get his ass kicked. It'll be great.

I have seen a lot of people complaining about the portrayal of the Bankai and the colours, but I really don't get it. At the same time, other people is complaining because they didn't add some more choreography to the fight or the Bankai. I really have to say, if someone was expecting that Karamatsu Shinju needed a battle choreography like Ichigo vs Uryū or Renji vs Uryū, they really don't know anything about Bleach and how the manga handles its battles.

To also be fair, the choreography is mostly reserved for sword duels. Unfortunately, with this being about Quincies and all and mostly being that of hax and range, you don't really see this happening.

Next cour will definitely be different with Ichigo and Kenpachi's fights, maybe Uryu too with Jugram since we see Uryu being capable in CQC.

Her fight with Ggio was cool, but that was only a fraccion. I kinda wished she fought Cang Du due to the similarities in fighting style, but once more he counters her with his Schrift.

Watched the episode, pretty good . A quick scene showed Grimmjow on his back with his eyes closed. I'd go to sleep to after getting embarrassed like that.. Ichigo should have floored Askin when he had the chance, he's about to get slumped, you can feel it. Felt a little indifferent about Lille's transformation, it just looks odd but the episodes main fight was fine.
