i do remember something during the ulquiorra fight, that Ichigo didn't want to go all out because his reiatsu would damage Orihime despite her shield and his control and only did so when Uryu was there to protect her.

Orihime have no trouble being near to/being in contact with base starrk who kill hollows without even wanting to with his RC.

You can actually make this case since weaker illusion powers like Sakanade can manipulate an entire armies Echolocation in the novels (Ikomikidomoe's hollow clones).

There should still be other senses in the animal kingdom kars has that should require feats from Aizen to affect. It's that diverse.

Sharks and other sea life use electroreception to sense their surrounding for prey/predators, but that only works since they have a good conductor of electricity (salt water) all around them. I can't think of other animals that can sense things without using the 5 senses.
 
Kars just adapts to resist and copy Kyoka >

Edit: I concede the animal kingodom arg though. I too haven't seen animals with some unique sixth sense or sum. Adapt gg seems to be the only argument.
 
Aizen also can adapt (well, maybe not Muken Aizen, but he can be unsealed for that), and his adaptation can allow him to make massive tier jumps and also can adapt to Kars as well. Let me remind you, the Hogyoku is literal fate manip and reality warping on a 2-C scale, so Kars isn't gonna adapt so easily without Aizen catching up as well. Also Aizen is smarter than Kars (that Supergenius ranking is bs)
