Her range is at least dozens of meters considering she can absorb buildings far off. Ichigo is much closer to her than those buildings. So the fact he isn't affect probably means he's resistant or like you said she didn't bother using it on him as she's sure it's not going to workI do think there would be a reaction to failing to absorb Ichigo, and in the image shown it's hard to tell but it doesn't look like anything behind him is being absorbed. But you can argue they knew he would be too powerful to absorb, thus only did it to amp their vollstandings therefore no reaction. But he can technically be immune/resistant either way you look at it. Either through failing to absorb him or them not bothering to try to absorb him. Not sure it's enough for the site but yea. I think they didn't bother trying rather than a failure but not 100%. Or they don't know the range of their ability but seems unlikely
