Bleach before the MFTL downgrade came from the multiplier scaling chain
Here multiplier scaling chain:
Post-Royal Guard Training Renji has a 1.29c feat calced from dodge Beam mask.
Post-Auswahlen Gerard fought Renji and could injure him so he scales to 1.29c.
Oetsu could cut down Pre-Auswahlen Gerard so he is rated as 1.29c.
Pre-Auswahlen Askin could narrowly dodge Oetsu's strikes and his Post-Auswahlen self is faster than that so he's rated as 1.29c.
Yoruichi could keep up with Askin's arrows and Yushiro could keep up with Yoruichi so they're both rated as 1.29c.
Renji -> Gerard -> Oetsu -> Askin -> Yoruichi -> Yushiro
Tokinada, scales from Yoruichi in the novels. So he is 1.29c.
Grimmjow scales to Ginjo who scales to Tokinada so he's 1.29c, 6.45c in Resureccion.
Hikone, at 20% power/speed, scales to Grimmjow, so without this constraint he scales to 32.25c (FTL+), and in his own Resureccion which is assumed to multiply his stats by 5, he is rated as scaling to 161.25c (MFTL)

You can adopt a few mindsets:
1. Renji’s feat is less reliable because the calc makes assumptions
2. Candice’s statements aren’t limiters as dodging something becomes drastically harder depending on the distance
3. Take a happy mix of the both and go “at least x, possibly y”

I always enjoyed the overpoweredness that was Ichigo blocking the Sokyoku spear and destroying the execution stand, even if it is a bit outlierish compared to the feats and statements that come after it, it's still fun to throw around in debates (and probably the easiest way to get Ichigo to planetary in a debate).

Soul King may need a “big size” in his profile like Gerard. Pernida, Gerard, and Mimihagi all grow in size in the series and Mayuri even implies that the Soul King may have been a Giant. This parallels the “Devil” in chapter 12 that appears from the gates of Hell been huge too.

SS and WOTL are not planets. Outer space surrounds planets, you know that thing where Kenpachi can’t breathe. Garganta surrounds SS and WOTL, and Kenpachi can breathe in it.

garganta is a void with only turbulent reishi inside it, there are no stars etc.
the stars u see are on their respective dimensions

An enemy potentially at Ichigo's level, or even higher, who might be in Hell and that I haven't seen anyone commenting on, is the first Menos, the one defeated by the Soul King. Possible or not?

Ichigo is also a Quincy and yet the Hollows he kills are not erased. I imagine that Hollows can only be erased using pure Quincy powers, using others or blending those powers shouldn't do that.
