The profiles are ass right now but if you actually look at it, Hikone is only 3-C with Resurrección and Limiters released.

Liltotto says Hikone is not as strong as the ichigo they fought. Ressurecion hikone is most defintely god tier but femritters fought him before the power up. The most we can get is maybe femritters could have beaten pre resurrecion Hikone if they had their vollstandig which is still impressive considering he dogged eyepatch kenpachi

We also need to add that him challenging Kenpachi instead of just giving him the Guanael treatment is PIS.
