Yeah, but not just their strongest. If two of their strongest keys have the same tier then you use the more recent version so Saitama doesn't have time travel or Garou's martial arts.

While in terms of physicals, Othinus is literally the weakest Magic God.
Her passive probability manipulation and reality warping hax is too much for Saitama, becouse it's smurf hax we are talking about.
If Saitama could land a hit, he could severely injure Othinus or even kill her but I don't see this happening, if her probability manipulation wasn't passive, then yeah

What is the Saitama's hax that can bypass Passive probability manipulation?
I would say it is a stomp. He has no wincon if she has Gungnir.
