cant luke just pick up a building and drop it on baldi? or drop the ceiling on baldi? or mind trick baldi into killing himself or atleast distract baldi long enough for luke to finish him? also right in lukes notable attacks/techniques it says: Force Choke: Luke can use the force to choke the life out of his enemies. i see way to many ways for luke to win and no where near enough for baldi, luke wins.

Not at all, really. Most characters with actual destructive feats blow Baldi's feat out of the water tenfold at least. Even if Baldi gets past the lightsaber and force powers, he's not going to do any real damage to Luke.
