People here think that Gan and Crimson King will win because of better microcontrol:

As for the match, Gan or the Crimson King should be able to defeat Azathoth simply because not only is reality's destruction unable to kill them (indeed, the Red King actively campaigns to end reality so he can really flex his muscles in the nothingness that would ensue) but they micro-manage fate to such a degree that Azathoth doesn't really have much hope in countering what they want to happen - quotes for Gan here and quotes for the Crimson King here.

Also, can someome tell me the reason behind the sudden jump in people using Gan & The Crimson King in VS threads? They have almost no feats that would warrant a match against other beings on their level.

Yeah, tier 0 characters are boundless and infinite, they are above anything, and nothing can defeat them, if you put them against any non-omnipotent character, they'll stomp, and if you put them against other omnipotent, it will be a paradox, since neither can be defeated. Tier 0 fights are a waste of time.
