Axe Cop Revisions weeee

As it turns out, when Axe Cop chopped the sun in half, it wasn't actually made of sun.



Thus, I went searching for the next best feat for the Axe Cop cast's low end. The calc, which has been approved by DMUA so far, can be found here and finds them at a still respectable Large Planet level.
