This may be a daft question to ask... but are there any supporting feats for Joseph / Caeser / the Piller Man that would put them at City Block level+ aside from Dio's one feat?

There's a High 8-C and an 8-C feat in part 3, but nothing more in 2

Well it's important to note that if Dio can survive a City Block level+ explosion (as well as Jonathan's body) then the Pillar Men should at LEAST scale to that feat.

Kars might have a feat when he richocheted himself from wall to wall while falling down the canyon. Other than that, not sure.

I know about Dio's feat. I was just checking if there was anything else supporting it...

I'm not really prepared to just dismiss it as an outlier but I do find it a bit odd that this calc puts every characters at a level higher than I would have really expected from them, and nothing else in the series really supports it.

I would have called it an outlier had there not been 8-C+ feats for characters like Avdol and Star Platinum inhaling.

I have a few more feats to calculate and I think one might be in the 8-B range, but I'll have to do that another day.

Yeah but those are with their Stands which make them understandable.

(Like Jotaro being physically Wall level but much higher with Star Platinum).

And a common Vampire had a Small Building level feat which is way below City Block level+.

Regarding the downgrades, assuming 8-C is the new baseline,

The two feats we have for 8-C is 0.796 Tons (Planet Waves) or 0.7569 Tons (Tarkus). The breathing calc is just sort of... odd, and is High 8-C, and is unaccepted, so I'll discount that. I'll use scaling from planet waves.

0.7569 * 100 = 75.69 Tons (City Block level+)

0.7569 * 200 = 151 Tons (Multi-City Block level)

In Japanese, Kars said µò░þÖ¥ÕÇì, which translates to "hundreds of times". The translation is wrong. It should be 200x multiplier, not 100.
